Joann V Oxley

Joann V. Oxley died at home surrounded by her loving family on August 14th, 2017. Joann is the devoted mother of Sandra Anne Segatti and grandmother of Matthew Segatti and Laura Anne Segatti; loving sister of Carol (Charles) Ashley and Claire (late Ron) Richards. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Joann was predeceased by her parents Frank P. and Marion Ames Oexle. Joann was the Director of Public Relations at Burdett Tomlin Memorial Hospital in Cape May Court House New Jersey prior to her retirement. A memorial service will be held on September 16th, 2017 at 10 a.m. in Cape May County, NJ, please contact a family member for additional information
