I never met John in person, though I would have really loved to....We met on Facebook playing a game and our friendship grew from there....He became a very important part of my life and talked with him about everything...John was such a good man and fought so hard to beat his illness but the Good Lord had more important plans for him. He will be missed by his "second family" on Facebook. My condolences go out to his family...you are all in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time <3

On behalf of {} {} mafia Reloaded our deepest condolences to the family of John O'Brian. My Brothers and friends, we are united in this moment of sorrow to bid farewell to one of our Fraternal family member. It is well that we pause to ask Gods blessing upon us, for only in Him can we find strength and hope. Let us pray. Almighty God, grant us Your blessing as we meet on this solemn occasion. Help us to look beyond the darkness and sadness of this Moment to the light and hope of tomorrow. You know we are weak and unable to stand alone. Fill us than with the power and comfort of Your presence that we may say with assurance, as did Job of old in his grief, The lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away, blessed be the name of the Lord. Amen.

I only knew John for a little while but we connected. I will surely miss our daily chats. I am sorry that I could not be there when he finally got to spread his wings, but I know John would understand. To his family, please know that John was loved and cared for, if only for a short period of his life. His wit and laughter, I will remember the most. RIP my friend.
