Kenneth M Place

Troy - Kenneth M. Place Sr., 64, died September 30, 2017. Son of the late Earl L. and Eleanor Houting Place. He was the husband of the late Kateri Dunbar Place who died in 2013. Kenneth was employed by E W Enterprises in Latham prior to his retirement. Kenneth is survived by his children Kenneth M. Place, Jr., Kimberly E. (Brian) Deucker, Keith (Michelle) Place, Pricilla (Matt Batchelder) Place; his grandchildren Taylor E. Place and Ian Deucker. Brother of Richard (Betty) Place, Eileen (William) DesForge and Carol (William) Parker. Brother in-law of Irene Place and Linda Dunbar. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents and wife, he was predeceased by his siblings James Place Sr. and Susan Caizzo. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. at the Konicek & Collett Funeral Home, LLC 1855 12th Avenue, Watervliet. Friends are invited to visit with Kenneth's family on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 from 5 - 7 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands following the funeral service.
