Carmelina A. Trichilo

Carmelina Trichilo passed away on July 11, 2025, in the peaceful surroundings of her family home. Born in Albany, Carmelina was the daughter of Esterina (Cari Cari) Trichilo and Carlo Trichilo, both of whom predeceased her.

She is survived by her sisters, Rosemary and Angela Trichilo.

Carmelina graduated from New York University and went on to become the marketing manager at Tiffany and Co., New York, NY, achieving a notable milestone as one of the youngest individuals to hold such a prestigious position.

She later pursued her passion for nutrition and exercise, becoming a certified Pilates instructor under the tutelage of Romana Kryzanowska, a protégée of Joseph Pilates.

Carmelina's presence had a profound impact on those around her, leaving a lasting impression of joy and optimism.

A talented chef, she shared her parent's love of cooking.

She enjoyed being outdoors, walking along the beach, spending time in the garden. Or just hanging out being uplifted by one of her favorite songs.

Family and friends are invited and may visit with Carmelina's family on Monday July 21st 9-11am in the Konicek & Collett Funeral Home LLC., 1855 12th Avenue, Watervliet. A funeral service will immediately follow the visitation in the funeral home at 11am. Interment in Our Lady of Angels Cemetery, Colonie.
