Carol Anne Sheehan

Carol Anne Sheehan, 79, passed away on Sunday, March 9th, 2025, surrounded by family and friends.

Carol Anne was the daughter of the late Shirley and Arnold Carpentier. Loving wife of the late Michael W. Sheehan with whom she shared 50 years of marriage. Survivors include her son, Lawrence Alix, her daughters Diane (David) Bovee and Vicki Lee Sheehan (Patrick Fisk) grandchildren, Anthony, Michael (Zana), Alix and McCormick (Julia). Loving sister of Kathleen (Gordon) Carter, sister inlaw of Mary (Michael) Burniche.

Carol Anne enjoyed spending time at the Elks, decades of bowling and parties with family and friends. An avid NASCAR fan, Carol Anne also enjoyed floating in the pool of her best friend Susan Denue and snuggling with her little protector Diesel.

A very special thank you to her hospice caregiver Radha. 

At Carol Anne's request, no formal services will be held. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Carol Anne's memory to the Hudson Mohawk Humane Society in Menands, NY or Community Hospice of Albany would be appreciated.

In addition to Carol Anne's parents and husband, she was predeceased by her brother and his wife, Donald and Lynne Carpentier.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the Watervliet/Colonie Elks 1500 on Thursday, March 13th, 2025, at 2pm All friends and family are invited.
