Dennis P. Cieszynski

Cohoes - Dennis Cieszynski passed away peacefully at home surrounded by the love of his children, on January 29, 2022. Born a son of the late Joseph and Josephine Jankowski Cieszynski, Dennis spent his childhood in the Bellevue area of Schenectady and was educated in Schenectady schools. Dennis had lived in Watervliet for many years prior to his recent move to Cohoes. Dennis retired from the Watervliet Arsenal after a long career specializing in welding and Rotary Forge operation.  

Dennis was a true friend, always willing to offer a helping hand. He will be greatly missed. Dennis enjoyed hunting and fishing and loved to share his stories about his great adventures! Dennis was the loving father of Stacie (Joseph) Cieszynski Watrous and his son Daniel Cieszynski; grandfather of Cyrus Watrous and two granddaughters. Loving brother of Gail (Charles) Lumenello. In addition to his parents, Dennis was predeceased by his brothers Mark and Gary.
