Joseph Rodino

Joseph Rodino longtime resident of Latham formerly of Troy passed away peacefully in Albany Medical Center on Friday June 4th 2026 following a long illness. Son of the late Amedeo and Anna Rose Carlotti Rodino.

Joe was a graduate of La Salle Institute in Troy and worked for Niagara Mohawk. An avid lover of music, Joe loved to perform in various events around the capital district and was in a number a bands through out his preforming days. Joe was the lead in both the Joe Rodino trio and the Joe Rodino Quartet where he performed for many weddings and played in many nightclubs within the community. He was always the heart of the party and will be remembered for his sense of humor and love of a good time. Additionally, Joe was an absolute die hard New York Yankees fan which started in his child hood and he carried for his entire life.

Joe is survived by his children; Stacey (Kevin) Beattie, Lisa (Christopher) Borst and Joseph Rodino, his grandchildren; Nolan, Ella, Keegan (Desiree), Riley, Addison and Cooper and his great grandchildren Nathen, Lennen and Lucy. Additionally Joe is survived by his brother Rev. Salvatore "Sam" Rodino, his sister - in - law Lori Rodino and his nieces and nephews Giulia (Nick) DuBray and Rick (Courtney) Rodino, Gianna Rodino, and Anthony Rodino. Joe is also survived by the mothers of his children Evelyn Rodino and Nancy Rodino.

In addition to Joe's parents Amedeo and Anna, he was predeceased by his Brother Rick (d.2025) and niece Rachel Rodino.

Family and friends are invited and may call in the Konicek & Collett Funeral Home LLC., 1855 12th Avenue, Watervliet on Friday June 12th from 9am until 11am. A prayer service will immediately follow the visitation in the funeral home at 11am. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Troy in the Rodino family plot.
