Watervliet - Nancy M. Caswell passed away peacefully on February 08, 2026,  following a brief illness.

Nancy was the daughter of the late James G. and Marie Carroll Cornwell. A longtime resident of Watervliet, Nancy enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. Nancy was retired from the Watervliet Arsenal and was a proud member of the Watervliet/Colonie Elks #1500. Nancy was an active member with the Elks for over 25 years serving in several roles and committees including Past Lodge Trustee, past member of the Charity Ball and bingo committees and current co-chair of the Lodge Drug Awareness Committee.

Survivors include her children Suzy (Jeff) Herrington, Denise (Paul) Boncaro, James (Tracie) Cornwell ll; grandchildren, Joey Herrington, Christopher Cornwell, Danielle (Michael) Boncaro, Joshua (Samantha) Cornwell, Brooke Cornwell, Alexis Cornwell; great grandchildren, Rileigh, Scarlett and Colton. Nancy was the beloved sister of Carol Ollivier and is survived as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends are invited to visit with Nancy's family on Thursday 4-6 p.m. in the Konicek & Collett Funeral Home LLC., 1855 12th Avenue, Watervliet.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Nancy's memory may be made to Elks SCD charity committee, 501- 4th Avenue Watervliet N.Y. 12189.
