Roy R. Robinson Jr.

Roy R. Robinson Jr. of Watervliet died peacefully in Samaritan hospital Saturday, March 21st, 2026. Son of the late Alice and Roy Martin Robinson Sr. Beloved husband of Virginia Robinson.

Roy answered his country's calls to service in the United States Marines and was enlisted in the 1960's serving during the Vietnam era. A devoted family man Roy will be remembered as a generous man who often put other's needs before his own. Above all Roy was a loving husband and father.

In addition to his wife Virginia, Roy is survived by his sons Roy Robinson III and Jerry Robinson.

Family and friends are invited and may visit with Roy's family on Saturday April 4th in the Konicek & Collett Funeral Home, LLC., 1855 12th Avenue, Watervliet from 1-3pm. Military honors will be rendered for Roy in observance of his military service in the funeral home at 3pm following the visitation.
