Watervliet Yvonne A. Carter passed away February 18th 2021. Survived by her daughter Julie Ann Upton. Long time companion of Thomas Remillard. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday at 1:00 p.m. at Trinity Church, Watervliet. Family and friends may visit with Yvonne’s family on Friday from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. in the church.
