The Konicek & Collett Funeral Home LLC has a long history serving Watervliet and the surrounding communities. Our funeral home has stood the test of time. In this era of corporate take overs and the loss of family businesses, we continue on our mission. Our service to your family, not the corporate bottom line, is the priority at Konicek & Collett Funeral Home, LLC as we continue with our mission as a family owned business. The responsibility of a funeral director is to serve the people of the communities surrounding the funeral home. Our firm can help individuals navigate the difficult process of planning a funeral for a loved one. 

Joe Konicek started a funeral home in the early 50's. His goal was to assist families in their time of need. He understood that he could help families as a funeral professional. By today's standards, Joe was unique. His philosophy was families first, profit second. Times and technology change but honest service at a fair price never goes out of style. Jeffery Collett joined the family business as a licensed funeral director and currently operates the funeral home. Jeff is committed to preserving the traditions of excellent service while meeting the needs of today's families.

We have a beautiful facility that lends itself to personal service. We are not the largest funeral home in the area. We offer all of the services that any other funeral home offers. What sets us apart is the personalized service at a fair price. It is difficult enough to make funeral arrangements without the pressure to purchase merchandise or services that you do not want. It is our job to help you plan a fitting service at a price that you are comfortable with.

Our family opened the doors of the funeral home years ago. Our reputation for providing the highest quality of service grew, and today Jeff and his staff are honored to serve many areas of families.
